FAIB Registered & Quality Assured
Parkin Medical is a registered training provider with the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), an organisation responsible for approving, regulating and monitoring first aid training providers.
FAIB carries out due diligence on its registered providers, assessing areas such as trainer competence, course standards, assessment procedures and quality assurance.
FAIB itself operates an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, certified through a UKAS-accredited certification body. This provides an established quality assurance framework within which registered providers operate.
For our customers, this offers valuable reassurance that our first aid training is delivered to recognised standards, with independent oversight.
Over 40 Years of First Aid Experience
Our courses are delivered by Nick Parkin, an experienced first aid trainer and former Mountain Rescue medic and section leader.
With over 40 years of first aid experience gained in a variety of environments around the world, including more than 15 years in Mountain Rescue, Nick brings a practical understanding of emergency situations into every course.
It's experience that goes well beyond the classroom.
